In the cool morning this Saturday, in Porto Alegre (South of Brazil), was showed a very interesting matter on the TV show Vida e Saude (life and health) about Shorinji Kempo as a good system of self defense for women.
Due the time and the cool, I think that many people could not watch the TV show, then I’m making it available here for all of you.
